Returns

Returns will be accepted two weeks from the date your order was delivered to you or picked up. All returns will be processed once I have received the items back and undamaged. If the item(s) still have tags on and no damage the cost of the item(s) will be credited to you as store credit in the amount that the item sold for, no shipping costs will be refunded. If you decide to return your item(s) the cost of return shipment is the customers responsibility.

There is also be a Swap and Sell post on our Facebook page. In this post you may post the unwanted item(s) and sell to another member within the group. It is up to you as the seller to determine who will pay for the cost of shipping. Dusty Slate Boutique LLC takes no responsibility for these sales or items.

We do not accept returns on preorders unless the item is damaged or the manufacturer created the item in the incorrect sizing.
